Terms of Service

Effective April 10, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of p6k.ai and the products and services offered by p6k (“p6k,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we believe present a security or compliance risk.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or infringing purpose;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services, their security, or any user’s access to them;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services or related systems;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from any portion of the Services, except to the extent that applicable law prohibits this restriction;
  • Use the Services to build a competing product or to train models without our prior written permission; or
  • Use the Services to generate or distribute spam, malware, or content that violates the rights of others.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content and data you submit to the Services (“Your Content”). You grant p6k a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, transmit, display, and process Your Content solely as needed to provide and improve the Services, to comply with the law, and as otherwise permitted by these Terms. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.

Intellectual property

The Services, including all software, text, graphics, logos, and other materials, are owned by p6k or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

Third-party services

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party products or services. We are not responsible for those third parties, their content, or their terms, and your use of them is at your own risk.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, P6K AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless p6k and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Services, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
